Instead of a hole for a small padlock or secure numbered tag to lock it, this one has an actual key lock in the top. I have been told by Mistress to order a new Penis Restraint. This time the one I have to purchase is metal and very much shorter. Mistress thinks being shorter in length it should be a tighter fit on my penis. This restraint doesn't use the conventional padlock, its internally lockable by key.
